Watermelon Pizza

A creative, colourful, refreshing dessert idea that will WOW your guests at your next summer dinner party. Looks complicated, but it is super easy!

What you will need:

• ½ watermelon, cut into triangles
• Toppings, as pictured:
  • Dark and white chocolate, melted. Transfer to Ziploc bag, cut a small hole, and drizzle
  • Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mango, green grapes, sliced
  • Mint leaves
• Other topping ideas:
  • Sweet: Vanilla Greek Yogurt, other fruit, hemp hearts
  • Savoury: feta cheese, balsamic glaze, fresh basil, black olives
